Hi! My name is Raleigh Caruso and I built Island Activities to share the Puerto Rico tours that are actually worth your time, run by local operators I trust.

WHO I AM

I've been working in the tourism and travel space for 20 years. In my early twenties I worked at ski resorts, beach clubs, and outfitters in California, Connecticut, and Vermont.



More recently I spent 9 years working at FareHarbor, the booking platform many tour and activity companies run on. My job was helping operators set up and run their businesses, focusing heavily on the tours in Puerto Rico.


I’ve seen how good tour companies work from the inside: how they staff, price, handle safety and treat their guests. I started Island Activities in 2024 to put that to work for travelers.
