1.1 "You" means the visitor or user accessing the website. 1.2 "Providers" means the tourism and activity providers whose services and products are featured on the website. 1.3 "We," "us," or "our" means Island Activities Puerto Rico, a company founded in the United States. 1.4 "Website" means this website and its domain name.

3. The Website
3.1 The website displays services and products offered by Providers that use FareHarbor's online reservation software and operate within Puerto Rico.
3.2 When you click a link and navigate to a Provider's service or product, you will be redirected to that Provider's own booking and reservation window, where separate terms and privacy policies will apply to you.
3.3 We do not: (a) exercise control or authority over Providers or their employees, agents, or representatives; (b) own, sell, furnish, provide, rent, manage, or control any Provider's products or services; or (c) hold any ownership interest in any Provider.
3.4 Island Activities Puerto Rico and its Providers operate independently. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to create an association, joint venture, agency relationship, or partnership between us and any Provider.
4. Restrictions on Use
4.1 By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This website is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using this website, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; and (b) you have the legal authority to enter into binding obligations with Providers.
4.2 Access to the website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any services on the website without notice, and we are not liable if the website is unavailable for any reason.
4.3 We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, or for business or operational reasons.
4.4 You are prohibited from: (a) using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the website for commercial purposes without our express written permission; (b) taking any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; (c) interfering with the proper working of the website; or (d) bypassing any access restrictions we have in place.

8.1 Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of this website and describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and how cookies are used on this site.
9. Liability
9.1 Information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or other professional advice.

10.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
11.2 The courts of Nevada, United States, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms. Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
11.3 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11.4 Any claim under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, or it will be barred. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us promptly and in good faith before pursuing legal action.
