Check-in details

Arrival Time: Check-in must be completed 30 - 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
Required Documents: You will be asked to present the credit card used for payment along with a matching government-issued photo ID. Credit card account holders must participate in the tour. Both names on the card and ID must match.
Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to secure your spot.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the tour, and no refund or rescheduling will be available. Please plan your commute accordingly, especially if coming from San Juan or the metro area. We recommend departing at least 2 hours before your scheduled check-in time to avoid traffic delays.

Restrictions
⚠️The maximum weight limit is 240 lbs. (109 kg.) per person (no exceptions). For safety, weight checks will be conducted before each tour. Participants exceeding the individual weight limit will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be issued. Please inform each person from your party.

⚠️Minimum Age: 6 years old. Participants age 6-13 must be accompanied by an adult on
the same kayak. Participants ages 14-17 must have an adult participating in the tour.

⚠️The following guests cannot participate: pregnant women and guests with a recent surgery. Guests with neck, back, arms or leg problems or wearing a cast. Guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, and/or dizziness.

⚠️Guests who show signs of intoxication by drugs or alcohol will not be admitted on this tour. Guides reserve the right to cancel the tour at any time in the event of disorderly conduct, drug or alcohol use, or any other participant behavior that threatens the safety of the group. In such cases, the tour will be charged in full.

⚠️Eco Action Tours does not provide refunds to any guest who is not allowed to participate in the tour due to non-compliance with the tour restrictions disclosed prior to booking. Additionally, if any party members choose to opt out of the tour because another member has been denied participation, all members will still be charged in full.⚠️

Tandem Kayaks: Odd number parties will be merged on a shared kayak. We cannot accommodate 3 guests to a kayak.
Bioluminescence is an unpredictable natural phenomenon that cannot be guaranteed since is affected by different natural factors.** Therefore, the bioluminescence intensity can vary from one day to another from very visible to non-visible. Eco Action Tours is not responsible if bioluminescence is not visible. However, we guarantee that this adventurous night kayaking tour in Laguna Grande will be enjoyed by you and your family.

Itinerary
Arrival and check-in at Las Croabas (arrive 15 minutes early recommended).
Group waivers, insect repellent, kayak 101 safety briefing, lifejacket fittings and safety lights (approx. 45 minutes).
Shore-to-shore guided kayak tour in water (approx. 2 hours).
Return to shore for snacks, cold water and closing comments (approx. 15 minutes).
